A design that rehabilitates/restores a historic building located in a small suburban downtown. The concept was to keep as much of the existing 1800’s building as possible and adapt it into a new restaurant space. Keeping the historic brick walls and cornice detailing, we added new paint colors, fabric awnings, building lighting plus an outdoor deck with pergola to turn the historic building into a vibrant centerpiece for downtown.
